Our website and online enquiry form are supported by third-party service providers. These providers may process website technical information or form submissions as necessary to provide their services. When you access our website, they may receive routine technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic data. The website may also load content such as fonts from third-party providers, which may receive routine technical information when your browser requests that content. We may also receive personal information from third parties and, if we do, will handle it in accordance with this policy.

If you do not provide information reasonably required for an enquiry or engagement, we may be unable to respond fully or provide the requested services.
5 Disclosure of your personal information
We may disclose personal information to third parties who assist us in operating our business or delivering services, including:
- our officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers, contractors or subcontractors, where reasonably necessary;

Where we disclose personal information to a service provider, we expect it to protect the information consistently with its obligations and this policy.
6 Cross-border data transfer
Some of our service providers or their subprocessors may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries in which they operate. Our Zoho contact form currently uses Zoho's Australian service endpoint, but related support or processing may still involve overseas providers. Where Australian privacy law applies, we take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information consistently with this policy and applicable requirements.
7 Data retention period
We retain personal information for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, for service delivery, account administration, compliance, risk management or legal purposes. When personal information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete, destroy or permanently de-identify it.
8 Automated decision making and processing
Rayanify may use AI and automated tools to support its operations and the services it delivers. A person remains responsible for Rayanify's work and applies appropriate oversight to client-facing outcomes. We do not use automated processing alone to make decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on an individual, and we do not intentionally provide personal information to third parties to train unrelated AI models without consent.
9 Security of your personal information
Rayanify takes reasonable steps to safeguard personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These steps may include suitable electronic and managerial controls and the security measures provided by our service providers.
However, no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and information transmitted to or from us is provided at your own risk.
10 Confidentiality
Where our engagement documents include confidentiality obligations, both parties must protect information that is not public, except where disclosure is required by law or authorised in writing. Contractors or subcontractors may receive confidential information where necessary for service delivery and where appropriate confidentiality and privacy obligations apply.
11 Access to your personal information
You may request access to personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. If you believe information we hold is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please email contact@rayanify.com.au.
We will consider your request in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and other applicable law. We may be unable to provide access, make a correction or delete information where an exception applies or we are required or authorised to retain it. If that occurs, we will explain why where required by law.
12 Complaints about privacy
If you have a complaint about our privacy practices, please send details to contact@rayanify.com.au. We take complaints seriously and will respond within a reasonable time after receiving written notice.
13 Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will take effect when the updated policy is published on our website. Please review this page periodically for the current version.
14 Acceptance and application
This policy applies when you use our website, provide personal information to Rayanify or engage us to provide services. Any additional privacy, confidentiality or information-handling terms agreed for a particular engagement will operate alongside this policy. Our website may link to external services, including LinkedIn. Those services operate under their own privacy policies.
